Attorney predicts third trial in Henley murder case

Corpus Christi Texas UPI At the start of Elmer Wayne Henley's retrial on murder charges in connection with a homosexual torture ring his attorney predicted there would be a third trial. State District Judge Noah O Kennedy Jr admitted evidence of Henleys confessions from the killings of 27 teenage boys in Houston in 1973. Henley faces six counts of murder. A San Antonio jury convicted him in 1974 but the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ordered a new trial due to pretrial errors. Joan Gray forecast a third trial citing sequestering issues with jurors.

Pirates Adrift Five Seamen From Noorderkroon Off Louisiana
