Suit filed in Ohio Supreme Court to determine if the Monster Act creating a constitutional convention to repeal the 18th amendment is subject to referendum. An injunction would bar the Secretary of State Myers from placing the measure on the November 7 ballot. Thomas J. Donnelly of Columbus, leader of the Ohio Federation of Labor, may file the action. Petitions by the Ohio Anti-Saloon League were filed with the secretary of state, and absent an injunction the act would be suspended until the electors vote.
