Elyria pair charged with bribery in theft witness case
An Elyria man Marquise Hollis and a woman Kimonique Blevins were indicted on a single count each of bribery for offering a Chrysler to a robbery witness to keep her from testifying. The bribery allegedly occurred in February, related to Hollis's earlier January arrest and subsequent indictments. Both detainees remain held in Lorain County Jail.

Man charged after wrecking truck
Avon Lake man William Muller, 18, was charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene after crashing his pickup into a vehicle and a garage door, driving into a yard, and getting stuck in a creek. He fled on foot and is held in Westlake City Jail awaiting release on his own recognizance after sobering up. Incidents occurred near 4496 Bradley Road and 31185 Center Ridge Road before 3 a.m.
