McGarvey’s Gets New Look and Castle Catering Service
Vermilion riverfront favorite McGarvey’s unveils a shipboard themed front and interior, plus a new dockless lakeside approach. The Wednesday Sip-Sup ’n Sail dinner cruise, featuring cocktails, turkey or prime rib, lagoons and dancing, debuts with owner Edward Solomon predicting strong takeup. Local caterer Janet Kriesen of Castle-on-the-Lake, Lorain, offers full service for home and events with 20 years of experience, handling food, tables, service, and decor. The Castle also hosts regular dances with Arthur Murray showings each Friday, and operates daily noon to 2:30 a.m. except Sundays.
