Court dissolves 96 year old trust for Brighton church
A $1 000 trust bequest from Austin Kingsbury who died in 1856 was dissolved by Common Pleas Judge D A Cook. Trustees said the trust had become impractical as its value grew to 1300 on a government bond and 68 in a bank. The court ordered sale of the bond and use of funds for the church.
