Henrietta zoning board grants variance on frontage width
The Henrietta Zoning Board of Appeals approved a variance for the front line frontage of a Vermilion Road parcel owned by Richard and Jack Trottier of South Amherst. The 13 acre lot, totaling 475 feet of frontage, plans two adjacent homes with front ownership shared, drawing objections from neighbors J R Crombie who claim duplex plans violate prior knowledge of zoning limits. Wendell Cowen stated the variance aligns with the code’s intent.
