Compensation Case Ends In Directed Verdict
Kuhner estimated that a directed verdict in favor of a system would be good for 20 of the Ohio Industrial Commission years. He suggested the council study the generating plant because the suit by Nina Rhodes for her husband Ray Rhodes death is nearing trial. Rhodes died of a heart ailment and plaintiff claims death was caused by the plant's emergency work. The council expected to approve improvements and hear a report on the sewer system survey conducted by a Marion firm.
