Barbuto found guilty on two sex related counts
Summit County Probate Court Judge James Barbuto was convicted on two sex related charges gross sexual imposition and intimidation after a judge cleared him of seven counts of sexual bribery and two counts of obstructing justice. The verdict included a not guilty finding on attempted rape due to statute of limitations.
