Burglars tied to Pandy Center fire and gas release

The Loram County Joint Vocational School project near Oberlin will be built by Jennings and Charella of New London after the board accepted the bid of 1 952 000 following adjustments. A Nova Co of Avon won heating and ventilation work at 962 00, with electrical bids rejected and bids readvertised. Three kitchen equipment bids were rejected as high. Sewage plant bids ranged 38 04 to 58 330, and a private line bid of 7 370 plus 165 200 for a 12 inch line was discussed with Oberlin officials. Joseph A Schindler was hired as vocational guidance counselor for two years. Salary moves to 13 000 and contract extended through Aug 1 1974.
