High Rise Siege Ends as SWAT Captures Gunman
In North Olmsted the 20 hour sniper siege at Great Northern Towers ended when five SWAT members stormed apartment 1408 at 5:04 p.m. They found Thomas G Llewellyn Jr seated on a bed with a .357 revolver nearby. He faced four counts of attempted aggravated murder and a $200,000 cash bond.
