Piedmont Ohio report shows a Harrison County farm water system operating at about 50 cents monthly. George Clay of Piedmont benefits from a spring-based 2500 gallon reservoir, pumping 1500 gallons per hour via a high pressure piston motor. The system uses 60 to 80 psi to push water through 1090 feet of 1 1/2 inch pipe, with three years of trouble-free operation.
