Ruling Clears The Pinths of Libel Suit

The Pinths District Court of Appeals in Akron ruled the Chronicle Telegram article of February 14 1963 was not libelous. The decision upheld the Lorain County demurrer in Stephen Sheppard et al vs The MORAIN County Printing and Publishing Co and Miller. The ruling quotes the article and states the petition pleaded innuendo and the piece was not libelous per se.
