Keplinger Named Lorain County Courts Clerk Hopeful
Keplinger was chosen to fill the unexpired Lorain County clerk of courts post after a Republican meeting. He will oppose former Elyria candidate in the November election and assume duties once appointed. The retirement of Agate Ilin prompted the vacancy and Arthur J. Smith served as acting clerk until a permanent appointment.
