Pocketts Night Club owner Kreger-Murray Inc. sues Amherst city officials and three unnamed developers in a $4 million federal civil rights suit alleging the club is being driven from business for catering to minorities. Attorney Tom Hudson says the filing was made Tuesday in federal district court.
