Ohio Governor Ted Strickland rejected clemency for Daniel Wilson on Monday ahead of his Wednesday execution by lethal injection for the 1991 murder of Carol Lutz. Wilson argued abusive upbringing. the Parole Board and Lutz family oppose clemency. Wilson, 39, kidnapped Lutz after leaving a tavern, then burned her in the trunk of her car.
