Parma man charged in Elyria shooting
Levi Webb, 26, was arrested in Lorain County Jail on felonious assault and weapons while intoxicated charges related to a Saturday morning shooting on Clark Street Elyria. A 35 year old victim was hit. he was stabilized at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. Webb was found with a firearm near Chestnut Ridge and Abbe roads after an altercation.
