Casey held by Taylor pending arrest warrant and faced falsification charges for issuing 15 unregistered time certificates.

On July 30 three Dayton residents were shot at along State Route No 42 ten miles north of London. Their car crashed in a ditch after being forced off the road. Victims were Mike Drakelich his wife and Mike Milich. Drakelich sustained minor injuries while his wife and Milich were cut and bruised.
