Ellerbee leaves NBC for ABC and CBS offers
Linda Ellerbee has joined ABC after turning down CBS to co anchor CBS Morning News with Charles Osgood. At ABC she will host Our World and pursue writing projects while Dobyns exited NBC years ago. Ellerbee notes NBC offered a token contract and she chose the broader work, including a new prime time program and a book.
