Man accused of setting pipeline blasts near Fairbanks
A 26 year old Fairbanks man, Larry D Wertz, was arrested outside his home on the Elliott Highway and charged with malicious destruction of property for a series of blasts that damaged insulation and dented supports on the Trans Alaska pipeline north of Fairbanks.
