After Saturday, payments must go to the county treasurer’s office in the courthouse. Taxes are due through August 17 without penalty. Delinquent payments incur a 2.5 percent penalty, rising monthly to 10 percent. Total collections reach $708,349, about half of the period’s estimate.

French Tanker Sunik in collision off Erdystone Light
