Lorain police pursued Elyria man Robert Beane III after he allegedly beat a woman and abducted his 10 month old son Robert Beane Jr. Beane was captured in a Richland County tent off Washington Road after a chase involving Mansfield officers and the Ohio Highway Patrol. the child was unharmed.
