5-year-old struck on Leavitt Road in critical condition
A 5-year-old boy was hit by a northbound 2002 blue Dodge Stratus at 5:47 p.m. on Leavitt Road near Burger King. He was first taken to Mercy Regional Medical Center and then flown to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland in critical condition. Police said no update on his status had been provided since Friday evening.
