Suspect 16 Turned Himself In Over Lorain Shooting Death
Lorain police identified 16 year old Darius Ramey as a suspect in the July 11 shooting death of 31 year old Kenneth Shinafelt. Ramey surrendered at 1 p m Friday. his attorney says no charges have been filed yet though expected. Shinafelt died July 12 at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland after being found on Reeves Avenue near West 23rd Street.
