VeraSun to Acquire Three Ethanol Plants for 725 Million
VeraSun Energy Corp announced the purchase of ASAlliances Biofuels plants in Albion Nebraska Bloomingburg Ohio and Linden Indiana for 725 million. The deal funds with 250 million cash 200 million equity and 275 million financing and will add to VeraSun production toward 1 billion gallons by 2008. Plant workers will join VeraSun when the sale closes in 30 to 45 days.
