Ford Reagan raiding Ohio delegates in push for 1976

In Ohio the Republican National Convention delegate race resembles a raid as Reagan supporters press to win pledged Ford delegates. Of Ohio's 97 GOP delegates, 91 are pledged to Ford, with signs Ford backers also seeking to woo six Reagan delegates. One Reagan delegate reported a call from Ford headquarters urging a switch, though pledges are largely nonbinding moral commitments under state law.
