The Army and Air Force Exchange Service will extend tax free online shopping to all honorably discharged veterans later this year. CEO Tom Shull says the move aims to out compete Amazon by leveraging base locations for ship from store and soon delivery from store. Online orders will expand from 26 to 55 shipping centers and target two hour base delivery within three years, boosting annual sales by about 200 million.
