Treasure ship Atocha discovery ends in tragedy
Key West Florida reports that Treasure Salvors Inc. divers struck treasure from the Nuestra Senora de Atocha one week earlier. The Northwind capsized during predawn hours, killing Dirk Fisher 21 his wife Angel 25 and diver Rick Gage 21. Survivors were rescued as the search for the wrecked vessel continues.
