Probe Chaining Of Boy To Post In Burning Sun
In Portsmouth Ohio a 13 year old boy named Andrew Kilby was chained to a post and left in the sun until rescued by deputy sheriff Everett Ridge who freed him with an ax. The father Paul Kilby 33 a railroad worker was jailed on the spot after the incident which occurred near Flatwoods indicating punishment for swimming after dark. The boy was sunburned and wore a bathing suit and a ten foot cow chain. Authorities planned to file charges today.
