Ohio regulators report a 9.7 percent rise in homeowners premiums in 2009 tied to severe 2008 storms and rebuilding costs. The Ohio Insurance Institute estimates average annual premium at 635 dollars for 2009 and projected 653 dollars for 2010, with Westfield and Nationwide posting the largest increases.
