The defendants Coates Grisham Diorio and Drago posed as Brink's guards to collect the cash. Bond statuses vary with Drago still at large. Trial set tentatively for Aug 24.

Ralph William Brown a Wellington school board member and longtime baseball coach died from a heart attack during a Little League game at Wellington Athletic Field. The 42 year old veteran lived at 133 Fourth Street Wellington and was pronounced dead at Southern Lorain County Hospital at 7 20 p m He had served on the Wellington school board since January and coached the Cardinals for six years with prior World War II military service.
