Lorain approves Broadway hotel tax deals and TIF CRA
Lorain City Council unanimously approved a 30 year TIF tax abatement and a 12 year CRA exemption for the Broadway Building hotel project. Developer Ariel on Broadway plans a 55 unit historic rehab open next year, aided by Lorain Port Authority efforts and funding discussions with Ariel Ventures founder Radhika Reddy.
