Greg McGuire, 25, of Avon Belden Road, Cleveland area, is denying charges that he harassed Walter Taylor Jr.’s family after the July 5 1980 hit-skip death. His attorney Lawrence Cox said McGuire, convicted seven months earlier of hit-skip and vehicular homicide, would turn himself in to Cleveland Police. The Taylors allege a telephone call to their home included laughter, but Cox maintained McGuire did not harass them.
