Couple builds boat dealership despite landlocked site

North Ridgeville story follows John and Charlotte Procaccini who launched Exit 9 Marine on Lorain Road, proving a central location can win buyers from across Ohio and even Pittsburgh. Since opening, sales rose from 400000 to 14 million annually as they blend business with marriage and boating passion. They built the house themselves and plan a second service building within two years. The piece also notes VFW Post 1079 presenting a flag to Mayor Keys for the Finley House meeting room.
