Police logged several incidents from July including Edward Smigelski 31 North Ridgeville charged with OVI and driving in marked lanes after a stop on Lorain Road near the Ohio Turnpike. Michael Reed 36 New London cited for marijuana possession and car violations after a expired registration stop on I 480. Lorain County Engineer Ken Carney runs the 27th annual horseshoe tournament on Aug 12 during the North Ridgeville Corn Festival at South Central Park. Signups start 10 a.m. with a blind doubles draw at 11:45. entry fees are 10 dollars for doubles and singles.
