Local vote looms on road project shared costs
Onderein said the final decision rests with the Village Council and voters may be unsure of the outcome. County Engineer Carney expects aid from state and local sources to cover the local match, but funds are not guaranteed. Lorain, Sheffield, and the county had split costs, with Lorain City Council wavering before approving an even split last week. Fortin and officials cited safety benefits and economic district cooperation as key reasons for backing the widening.

A toll free message touts a 20 year old company with near 2 billion in last year’s business seeking part or full time workers. Other signs offer low cost health and dental insurance for the self employed with no information provided.
