About 450 donors who gave nearly 1.5 million to the 7.1 million Stocker Fine Arts and Humanities Center will receive two half-price tickets for one of six performances starting Sept 30 with the Cleveland Orchestra. Donor seating plan reserves half the main auditorium for opening night, with 200-250 similar seats for other shows ending Oct 11. center seat count is 984. Even with an 18,000 gift from an unnamed source, a 5,500 deficit is projected if 90 percent or fewer seats sell in opening week, offset by a later page.
