New York launched a 3 million dollar justice fund to guarantee free abortions for poor women and counter shrinking access nationwide. Planned Parenthood officials say the drive aims to unite public support, fund litigation, and test unresolved legal areas while noting moneyed women can obtain abortions on demand.
