GM May Consider More Cuts Amid Market Struggles
GM rose 12 cents to close at 10.24 as it signals possible further cuts if the U.S. auto market worsens. The company has as much as 24 billion in cash and 4.6 billion in credit on hand and plans to raise up to 10 billion more in Q3 by mortgaging trademarks and other assets.
