American Missionary Couple Slain in Dominican Republic
Police suspect terrorism after Paul Potter and Nancy Potter were found beaten and slashed to death in their Santiago de los Caballeros home. Kissinger to Pakistan U.S. aid talks in Rawalpindi
White House adviser Henry Kissinger arrived in Rawalpindi for two days of talks with President Yahya Khan aimed at easing Pakistan India tensions over East Pakistan unrest. Washington said it would not issue new licenses but allow shipments under existing licenses and about 20 million dollars yearly in spare parts and ammo.
