Intersections Too Few Avon Allotment Plans Draw Board Criticism
Avon planning members criticized a proposed "Chesterland Acres" 51.5 acre allotment by South Hills Land Development Co. with 38 units and a center road raising homes to about 75. The plan shows one floor 864 square foot homes with no basements, septic systems, and purchaser finishing responsibilities. The commission delayed final decision for inspection of a home under construction and for road plans.
