Enterprise zones and monetary policy toward urban jobs
McGonagle argues enterprise zones favor inner city job creation and subsidized firms, harming nonresidents while drawing businesses and tax subsidies. He cites Ohio proliferation and PAC influence. He asserts Fed actions will raise inflation by 1993, predicting too much money chasing too few goods, a secret political narrative.
