Stone-age advice leads to kidnapping charge
Nigel Gent of Winchester faced a two year suspended sentence and 324 dollar fine after a court heard a friend’s “stone age” plan prompted him to drag his ex fiancee from her home, threaten her with a Bowie knife, and force her into a car. His lawyer called the act lunacy and not a serious kidnapping. Gent confessed he loved her and was obsessed.
