Dr Lowery Mystery Death Stuns Ronton Officials Probing
In Ronton Ohio authorities moved the body of Dr W Lowery after his death five weeks ago. The physician once prominent in the area was found with vital organs removed and his abdomen packed with excelsior. A robbery motive is suspected but not proven. Relatives in Virginia could not supply keys to a crypt. About 800 in cash and 35000 in bonds were found in a safety box. Dr R Hunter and others attended the death which occurred about 12 hours before a scheduled conference. The larynx was removed and sent to Columbus for analysis.

Woman Shot to Death at Mother’s Home in Ikesville
Gallipolis Ohio July 5. Margaret Bishop Fitzpatrick wife of E F Fitzpatrick was fatally wounded at her mother’s home in Ikesville, Vinton county. Howard Denney, once linked to Fitzpatrick, was cleared by authorities. Neighbors found the house after six shots rang out. Mrs Fitzpatrick died six hours later at a hospital. During Denney’s absence Mrs Denney had filed for divorce last year.

Assault Charges Faced By Two Lorain Men
William Cecil of Lorain was jailed after failing to post 1000 bond. Charles Lindner of Lorain was released on 1000 bond. Both pleaded not guilty to assault charges in the court of Justice Joseph Petro. Hearings set for 2 p.m. on July 6. Charges filed by Virginia Sadler of Elyria and Helen Kelley of Syria for offenses alleged to be committed last Sunday.

Mrs Caruso Weds In Paris
Paris July 5 Mrs Dorothy Caruso widow of the famed tenor Enrico Caruso married Dr Charles Adams an American arts resident in a civil ceremony at the Town Hall in the 3rd District Paris. The couple then proceeded to Holder's château near Fontainebleau. Holder formerly served in the diplomatic corps. Mrs Caruso had married Enrico Caruso in 1918 and after his death she remarried and divorced from Capt Ernest Ingram.

Blame Reichstag Fire On Nazi Troopers
London July 5 The Daily Herald reports a sworn statement from a former storm trooper alleging Nazi troopers acting from Hermann Goering’s palace set the Reichstag fire last February. An Einstein panel investigating the event would produce evidence that Goering engineered the blaze with 36 troopers concealed in the palace awaiting a signal.
