Fourth IOC member resigns amid Salt Lake bribery probe
Kenya's Charles Mukora, 64, resigns from the IOC amid allegations of accepting $84,650 related to Salt Lake City bidding. He denies personal gain, claiming funds were for Kenyan sports development. Other officials facing expulsion or under investigation include Lamine Keita, Jean-Claude Ganga, Zein El Abdin Ahmed Abdel Gadir, Agustin Arroyo, Sergio Santander, Anton Geesink, Louis Guirandou-N'Diaye, Kim Un-Yong, and Vitaly Smirnov. The IOC urges resignations and a 15-member host-bid panel as Turin and Zakopane push for 2006 Winter Games bids.
