Parents may face charges for fleeing with son in Laetrile case
In Scituate Massachusetts Chad Green, 3, remains a ward of the state after his parents Gerald and Diane Green fled with him to defy a court order limiting Laetrile treatment for leukemia. Plymouth Superior Court Judge Guy Volterra warned of kidnapping charges and the state seeks indictments and a contempt petition as officials locate the parents.
