Langston Middle School adopts flexible seating via grant
Langston Middle School in Oberlin uses yoga ball chairs stand up desks and wobble stools after Amanda Kochmit received a $6 500 Oberlin Endowment Fund grant in October for Project HYPE to aid students with disabilities. The program aims to reduce removals and extend learning time by about 9 minutes per hour while harnessing fidget toys and silent movement.
