Warrant Issued for Lorain County Courts Clerk
An arrest warrant was issued for Carol Olejko 35 deputy clerk in Lorain County Clerk of Courts civil division after she failed to appear in Elyria Municipal Court on a passing bad checks charge. Her attorney says she did not receive notice. Olejko also faces a separate bad checks case in Avon Lake Municipal Court for three checks totaling 581.85 written to BJ's Wholesale Club last year. The alleged incident occurred on Sept. 24.
