Michael Duncan, 34, was arrested on charges of criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy for allegedly shooting John Newman, 45, in California Pa. in February 2003 at the urging of John Bronson Jr. and with help from Howard Irwin. Duncan waived extradition to Pennsylvania.
