Elyria City Council OKs temporary appropriations
Elyria City Council unanimously approved a temporary appropriations ordinance for about 200000 in equipment funds. Some councilmen Marguerite Bowman and Scribner Fauver objected to certain items like packers for sanitation and vehicles but reserved final judgments until items are individually considered. Net increase over last year remains around 100000 after adjustments.
