Group seeks $30 million boost for Northeast Ohio growth
Five Lorain County groups join Hand for Our Economic Future to pool philanthropy from The Community Foundation of Lorain County Nord Family Foundation Stocker Foundation Brian Ball Charitable Trust and Norton Foundations. They aim to disburse up to 30 million over three years to nonprofits expanding regional economic growth across ten counties including Lorain Lake Portage Stark Summit Wayne Ashtabula Cuyahoga Medina Geauga, with eight to fifteen grants planned and cumulative pledges surpassing 1 million already committed.
